βοΈ The 3 Doshas β Vata, Pitta, Kapha
According to Ayurveda, every person has a unique combination of three energies or Doshas:
Vata β Air & Space energy β controls movement, breathing, thinking.
Too much Vata = anxiety, dryness, insomnia.Pitta β Fire & Water energy β controls digestion, metabolism, and intelligence.
Too much Pitta = anger, acidity, skin rashes.Kapha β Earth & Water energy β gives strength, stability, and calmness.
Too much Kapha = laziness, weight gain, cold.
A healthy person has these three doshas in balance.
