At Amar Classic Notes, we sell digital study materials (PDF notes) that are delivered instantly after payment. Please read this policy before making a purchase.
1. Cancellation
Because our products are delivered instantly as digital downloads, an order cannot be cancelled once payment is completed and the download link has been issued.
2. Refunds
As digital products cannot be returned, all sales are generally final and non-refundable. However, we will issue a full refund or a replacement in the following cases:
- You were charged but did not receive the download link, and we are unable to deliver the file within 48 hours of your complaint.
- You were charged more than once for the same order (duplicate payment).
- The file you received is corrupted, incomplete or not the product you ordered, and we are unable to provide a working replacement.
3. How to Request a Refund
Email us at amars276@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase with your name, order number / Razorpay payment ID and a description of the issue. We will respond within 2 working days.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
